Oversee the entire process from booking confirmation to execution of Group Travel programs, invoicing, and on-the-ground support.<br \/>&#8211; Handle multiple series programs simultaneously, ensuring a consistent level of service, quality, and attention to detail.<br \/>&#8211; Address any unexpected issues during the travel experience immediately, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guides.<br \/>&#8211; Work closely with other departments such as Product and Finance, to ensure smooth operations and communication.<br \/>&#8211; A diploma or degree in Tourism, Hotel Management or Events Management.<br \/>&#8211; Minimum of 2 years of experience in Group Travel, with a focus on Groups Series.<br \/>&#8211; Profound knowledge of South Africa as a tourism destination.<br \/>&#8211; Elementary understanding of Tourplan and WETU systems.<br \/>&#8211; Ideally, must have experience with and a good understanding of the German Market and Culture.<br \/>&#8211; German Speaking an advantage (read, write and converse).<br \/>&#8211; A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.<br \/>&#8211; Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet the demands and high pressure of the Travel Industry.<br \/>&#8211; A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.<br \/>&#8211; Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br \/>&#8211; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both clients and suppliers.<br \/>&#8211; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proven track record in use thereof.<br \/>&#8211;
